In buildings with external common areas, grime and dirt builds up on tiles and walls over time, and this is exactly what happened at our Kingsgrove building, with the walk paths, tiles, and walls looking very dilapidated after years of exposure to the elements, along with unmanaged garden beds, the external areas were in a rough state.

After a lot of time and effort, the tiles and ramps looks much better and the bricks looks fantastic after cleaning. The bushes also looks a lot better after some tidying up and removal of the dead plants.
