Including but not limited to:

• Vacuum carpets

• Check and replace light bulbs

• Clean litter from site, including street frontages

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and sauna areas, replace toiletries

• Clean and Polish all large glass sheets

• Clean railings, skirting boards, et al

• Clean roller shutters and entrances as needed

• Clean service rooms as needed (where access enabled)

• Hose down outdoor areas as required

• Keep car park free of dust, either through hose or mechanical sweeper

• Maintain all signage in a clean state

• Place laminated signage above bins

• Polish glass, brass and steel features

• Removal of cobwebs from ceilings, entrance and car park areas

• Remove additional large items from bin area as required on a charge basis

• Spot clean of scuffmarks from walls

• Sweep/mop tiled areas

• Taking out & bringing in of bins

• Tidy bins and recycling area. Shift bins and disinfect area as required

• Wipe over letterboxes
